The food that I have chosen is my dad's noodles "pancit". My grandfather has always made this dish for parties or special for my family. It's tradition was passed down to my father, and is still made to this day. My family relatives and I, have always enjoyed this dish and no matter what we will never get tired of it.
I will be interviewing my father on how he has learned from my grandfather, and how he makes this dish.
I like the writing in this, especially the "no matter what we will never get tired of it." part, because that will be good for your essay, try to include it c: Sounds like a good idea, and good luck ^_^
